As a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD), a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA) and an experienced Non-Executive Director, Larissa has a comprehensive understanding of corporate governance and risk and compliance. Larissa has undertaken external independent evaluations of the Boards of listed and profit for purpose public companies (including charities), private companies, statutory corporations and government agencies in Australia and New Zealand.
Drawing on her deep experience in health law and the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, Larissa is currently: the Deputy Chair of St John Ambulance NSW, where she Chairs the Risk Committee; a Director of Catholic Healthcare, where she is a member of the Quality & Safety Committee and the People & Remuneration Committee; Hunter Health Insurance, where she is a member of the Risk Committee and the People & Culture Committee; and the Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network, where she is a member of the Risk Committee.
During his career, David has served in public company leadership and management roles developing, financing, managing and operating resource projects in new technologies (magnesium), emerging and remote mining jurisdictions (The Philippines, Eritrea and in the southern Cooper Basin). Specifically, David has served as the Managing Director of two ASX listed companies (Lafayette Mining Limited 2006-2007 and Strike Energy Limited 2016-2017). David’s governance experience also includes roles as the Chair as well as non-executive and executive director of various listed companies. David is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
