Larissa is a strategic legal and commercial advisor and experienced mediator with over 30 years’ of extensive and diverse experience in-house and in private practice both in Australia and internationally. Her professional focus is on crisis management, mitigating and managing litigation and regulatory risk, responding to critical investigations, inquests and commissions of inquiry and the resolution of significant disputes. As a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia and an experienced Non-Executive Director, Larissa has a deep understanding of corporate governance and risk and compliance and regularly conducts Board Evaluations of listed and profit for purpose public companies (including charities) as well as private companies, statutory corporations and government agencies.
David Baker BA LLB (Hons) (USyd) GAICD
David is an experienced non-executive director, commercial advisor and mediator drawing on over 30 years’ experience in law, investment banking, public company leadership and corporate governance. He has deep industry knowledge of the finance, resources, property, infrastructure and educational sectors and a sophisticated understanding of project finance, M&A, PPPs and joint ventures, as an adviser, lender and principal. David is Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
